
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is the art of using our unlimited life force (sometimes refered to as chi or prana) to free blocks in our vital energy and restore our natural internal balance. These blocks are the source of all illness, stress, worry and unhappiness. Reiki treats our mind, body and spirit leaving us with a sense of peace and wellbeing.

Preparing for a session.
Reiki is not massage and treatments are fully clothed. Wear something loose and comfortable. Strong perfume or cologne is not recommended as senses often become heightened during the course of the treatment. Refraining from eating for an hour or two before is also a good idea to allow the energy to flow more freely. A bath or a shower in the hour before can enhance the strength of the treatment.
Treatments can include chakra balancing, etheric surgery, marma point therapy, time release therapy, aromatherapy, therapeutic music, and the use of crystals and gems.
